The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Thursday took 1971 war crimes charges against Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mojahid into cognizance. Justice Nizamul Huq, chairman of the three-member tribunal, said that the prima facie case was found against Mojahid in the formal charges and other relevant documents, submitted by the prosecution. |
